MOVED
MOVED, a Celebration of Black History and Culture Through Dance
This signature event presents a FULL DAY of dance featuring local, out of region and distinguished Black dance artists. From masterclasses to workshops, to talks and performances, this event will leave you feeling inspired, physical fit and reflective.
The evening concert, features a mixed bill by premiering works from commissioned choreographers. All of this was motivated by Black History month and the celebration of the Africanist presence within dance, culture and society.
This event is presented by the Natural Movers Foundation and hosted at the Kravis Center for the Performing Arts.

in Concert
MOVED in Concert features a mixed bill in celebration of Black History month by premiering works from commissioned Black choreographers and performed by a cast of Black professional artists.
The evening will feature choreography and performances by Larry Albright, Clarence Brooks, Bianca Davies, Gentry George, Branndi Lewis, David Salter, Jr., Ericka Squire and Brittany Williams.
A talk-back session will immediately follow the performance.
