VISION STATEMENT
To produce year-round dance experiences for Palm Beach County.
Vision '25, a 5-year plan that will fortify and evolve the existing programming of the Natural Movers Foundation and guide the organization's efforts by placing an emphasis on three (3) goals.
Actualizing these goals will ground Natural Movers and evolve its ability to produce transformative dance experiences and events, serve its community of local artists and encourage wellness, prepare the next generation of dance artists and dance professionals, and cultivate an appreciation of local dance artistry-by bringing the community together through the power of dance in both traditional and non-traditional spaces.
I. GOALS
STRENGTHEN THE ARTISTIC CORE OF PALM BEACH COUNTY THROUGH DANCE

Sustain and evolve our seven (7) signature events-Open Spaces, Young Artists, MOVED, Dance. All. Day. Fest, Dance Works + Progress, Moving Ground Intensive and the Natural Movers Dance Concert

Grow our partnerships with cultural institutions and organizations

Teach creative excellence to the next generation of dancers and choreographers and provide professional development and training to dancers, dance educators and choreographers

Serve as a leader is the South Florida dance community and producer of year-round dance experiences
BOOST THE COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT AND AWARENESS OF LOCAL DANCE ARTISTRY

Create a pop-up community dance series to neighborhoods throughout Palm Beach County

Collaborate with K-12 schools within the District of Palm Beach County to offer masterclasses and performances

Provide free public programs such as Dance. All. Day. Fest and interactive community dance workshops that feature local artists

Provide platforms for local artists to present choreographic works and for the community to witness

Produce programming for local dance artist to instruct and receive professional development
PRODUCE DIVERSE PROGRAMMING AND ENCOURAGE WELLNESS FOR ALL PERSONS

Produce programming that enriches the community through cultural, traditional and innovative dance experiences

Cultivate dance spaces where the community, regardless of racial, gender, social, class, belief, ethnic background, country of origin, range of emotion or ability feel the joy and intrinsic connection to dance in all its forms

Produce free dance events where all persons can participate and flourish

Provide after-school experiences for children grades K-12

COMMUNITY
Rooted and subscribing to the Southern African Ngoni Bantu word "Ubuntu" meaning "I am, because of who we are", we are serving our community as an active member of the community.
ACCESSIBILITY
We are devoted to providing diverse content, equal access to our programming and evolving the artistic core of Palm Beach County by encouraging a broadly diverse group of individuals to participate in our programs and join our Board and Staff regardless of their race, ethnicity, gender, sexuality, socio-economic background, or disability.
WELLNESS
We are active stewards of cultivating spaces for bodily health and wellness. We support our efforts through our programming, which addresses mental and physical flourishing.
Ill. ATTRIBUTES
PRESENTATION
Choreographic premieres, exceptional and diverse artists, and performance platforms showing the works of local and national choreographers year-round.
CREATION
New works and the process of dance making are supported through choreographic commissions.
EDUCATION
The arts are provided to all persons through arts exposure programming for children, students and families. Technical and recreational masterclasses are offered throughout the year that educate people of all ages about the art of dance.
ENGAGEMENT
The community, artists, students and families are invited to experience dance through free performances.
SERVICE
Curated performative programming that services the needs of diverse constituents.
